– We ask you to transfer the sum of 500€ to the hospital’s account one month before the operation in order to reserve your place in the operating theatre. Our Shalamar Aesthetic staff will provide you with the account number according to your country.
– In case you have to postpone the operation for any reason, the amount of 500€ will be blocked on the hospital’s account until you can perform the operation. You have 1 year to reschedule another operation. After this period, your advance will be lost without any possibility of reimbursement or claims.
Furthermore, if you cancel the operation, this sum will not be returned to you. Unless you provide the hospital with valid proof. In this case, Shalamar Aesthetic will not be held responsible for the non-refund of this amount.
– The amount for the nurse is to be reversed two weeks before departure to Türkiye. You can pay in instalments to facilitate your payments but this must be done two weeks before departure.
– If you have not been vaccinated, make sure you have a PCR test before you arrive.
– Be honest about your medical history.
– Remove acrylic nails, nail polish, eyelash extensions, wigs, hair extensions and all piercings.
– Taking multivitamins is neither recommended nor necessary. We recommend that you maintain a healthy diet. You must stop taking herbal supplements, multivitamins before 1 month before your surgery.
– You must stop smoking one month before your surgery.
– You must not use alcohol or drugs one month before and one month after your surgery.
– If you are using blood thinners, insulin, blood pressure tablets and antidepressants, please inform your VIP nurse so that we can let the anaesthetist and surgeon know what to advise you on and please bring any of the above medicines with you.
– If you are using oral contraceptives, you must stop them one month before your surgery. This applies to oral pills, under the skin implants, depot injections and transdermal patches. None of these should be used until one month before your surgery. This is very vital! Please make sure you are not pregnant and do a pregnancy test before you arrive. You can also take a CBC test.
– Do not take any additional painkillers with you on arrival, we will provide painkillers as part of your prescribed medication after surgery, and we take no responsibility for any complications that may arise due to you having additional medication that has not been prescribed.
– First and foremost, your passport and identity document. Please keep it with you at all times.

– Make sure you bring comfortable clothes and sleepwear that can easily be put on over your body suit. Please ensure that they are easily wearable. Make sure you bring comfortable shoes, such as slippers and trainers.
– We will provide you with clothing around the body according to your operation.

If you wish to purchase an extra pair of clothing, the company can be asked to provide you with one after your surgery and you can purchase it at the clinic.
– Our transfer team will be waiting for you with your name in the non-personalised exit area of the airport. Transfers only cover those relating to your surgery.
– Please note that the balance must be paid before the surgery begins.
Your plan on the day of surgery
– You should not eat or drink anything after 10pm the night before your surgery.
– The next step after this is the blood tests and check-ups. Your pre-operative consultation with your surgeon will take place just before your operation. Make sure you discuss all the points and marks in detail with your surgeon at your consultation to avoid any misunderstandings afterwards.
– You are asked not to swim or bathe (only shower) for 1 month after your surgery. This also includes steam rooms, spas and saunas. The temperature of the water for showering should not be too hot as it may cause infections. It is suggested that the water is soft in terms of temperature.
– Also avoid sunbathing and solarium as there may be problems with staining and pigmentation.
– Avoid sexual intercourse for 1 month after surgery.
– Drink plenty of water! We do not recommend a high salt diet after surgery. High levels of sodium can increase the risk of inflammation, prolonged swelling and slowing of the healing process.
– You should keep the incision areas dry and pay particular attention to your hygiene, do not rely solely on antibiotics. Don’t touch your wounds, scars or tissues with unclean hands.
– No heavy sports, heavy lifting or running for 1 month after your surgery. After one month you can start your cardio exercises.
– It is recommended to take short walks every half hour to help with blood circulation and maintain a high metabolic rate. Sitting with your legs at 90 degrees to the surface for so long can cause blood clots. Move your feet and ankles when sitting. Please wear the socks provided, especially on your return flight.
– Please do not overdose or underdose your prescribed antibiotics.
